Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area (LSSNCA) extends our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the six workers presumed dead after the tragic Francis Scott Key Bridge accident in Baltimore. These individuals, hailing from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico, came to the United States seeking refuge for their families. Their untimely loss is heartbreaking, starkly contrasting with the aspirations they held of securing a safer, brighter future for their children. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and the Baltimore community.
