Available Rooms and Pricing
Community members and partners can rent the Resource Center for a minimum of three hours, including set-up and clean-up time.
- Multipurpose Room (Upstairs):
- Up to 45 guests, $450 for three hours, $150 per additional hour.
- Community Room (First Floor):
- Up to 45 seated guests or 75 guests seated and standing, $450 for three hours, $150 per additional hour.
- Multipurpose and Community Rooms:
- Up to 100 guests, $750 for three hours, $250 per additional hour.
- Children's Play Area (Upstairs), only available as a Multipurpose Room add-on:
- Up to 10 children, $75 for three hours, $25 per additional hour.
- Private Conference Room (Upstairs):
- Up to 12 guests, $225 for three hours, $75 per additional hour.
Amenities: Each space can include tables, chairs, whiteboards, and an AV system (smart TVs, speakers, and a microphone).
Disclaimer: Rental space is subject to availability. Commercial general liability or event insurance is required for events with more than 35 guests. The upstairs spaces are not ADA accessible and require walking up a set of stairs.
