All services are delivered through a trauma-informed, culturally competent lens, and available virtually through a secure telehealth platform in Spanish or English.

Behavioral Health Services Available
Individual Counseling (Children & Adults) – 45 minute sessions
| Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): | For anxiety, depression, and trauma—helping clients develop healthier thoughts and behaviors. |
| Trauma-Focused Care: | Specialized interventions for those impacted by community violence or other traumatic experiences. |
| Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): | Skill-based treatment emphasizing mindfulness, emotional regulation, and healthy coping strategies. |
Family & Couples Counseling – 45 minute sessions
| Family Therapy: | Strengthening family bonds, improving communication, and resolving conflict in a supportive environment. |
| Couples Therapy: | Supporting partners in building resilience, trust, and emotional connection. |
