Through the CARE (Counseling, Access, Referrals and Education) for Newcomers program we are responsible for national leadership and program management for a network of partnering organizations providing supportive behavioral health and screening services to individuals and families seeking permanent residence in the United States. Locally, LSSNCA provides the core services listed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
