PART 2—Nailing Things Down—a “hands-on” continuity planning session
Audience: clergy, leaders, emergency planning teams
Presenters: J. Lewis Saylor and Kati Miller-Holland
• Scenario—Why we need to be COMPassionate and COMPetent when an emergency affects our faith community
• Introduction of the Continuity Of Ministry Plan (COMP) resource
• Work Session—congregational teams begin planning—bring a laptop; thumb drive with resource template will be provided
• Debrief / Q&A
